What is Coaching?

People come to coaching for a variety of reasons, usually because they want something in their lives to change for the better or because their life is already in transition and they need support in finding their direction. Lacewater provides a personal coaching service to help you to explore, dream and discover your passion in life, to find more balance, or to deal with problems. It helps you to live your best life.

Coaching is a professional and confidential relationship between client and coach. The coach acknowledges each client as a unique individual taking a holistic view of the client's life, always believing that the client has the creativity and resourcefulness to achieve whatever they wish, and providing the encouragement, support and motivation required. The coach looks at where the client is now, and where they want to be, and then uses a variety of approaches and techniques to help the client to arrive at their chosen destination.

Personal Coaching

Imagine that you are standing at the water’s edge. You feel the soft sand beneath your feet and the gentle foam of white water as the bubbles break over your toes. You hear the rhythmic sound of waves lapping against the shore. You look out over the calm sea and watch a small boat gently moving with the dipping of the waves. You feel the warm sun on your face and see the light shimmer on the surface of the water. You take a deep breath and smell salt mixed with the scent of jasmine carried on the air. You feel calm and at peace, happy, relaxed and well. You are at one with the world and secure in your purpose in it.
